Berean 1711™™ (copyright registered; trademark pending) (the "Site") is a property operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc. (operating under the tradename Ryzenda) ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have — including rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email when you register or sign in.
• Content you submit — the text you paste into the discernment tool, and the reports you save into your account.
• Contact form messages — the name, email, subject, and message you send through the Contact page.

What we do NOT collect or store

• We do not store payment card details.
• We do not retain IP-address logs.
• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies beyond what is essential for authentication and session security.
• We do not sell or "share" (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Third-party service providers

Your data may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the service:

• Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, hosting, and application infrastructure.
• Lovable AI Gateway / Anthropic — the AI model that generates discernment reports processes the content you submit.

How long we keep your data

We retain your account and saved reports for as long as you keep an account. You may request permanent deletion at any time; upon verification we will remove your account and associated content from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legitimate legal, tax, or fraud-prevention retention requirements.

PIPEDA — Canadian residents

We comply with PIPEDA in respect of personal information collected in the course of commercial activity. The ten fair-information principles below govern our practices:

• Accountability — Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc. is accountable for personal information under its control. Our Privacy Officer can be reached through the Contact page.
• Identifying purposes — we collect personal information to operate your account, generate reports you request, respond to your messages, and meet legal obligations.
• Consent — you consent to the collection and use described here by creating an account and using the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
• Limiting collection — we collect only what is necessary for the purposes identified above.
• Limiting use, disclosure, and retention — we use and disclose personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, except as required by law.
• Accuracy — we keep personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as necessary.
• Safeguards — we protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security.
• Openness — this policy makes our practices readily available.

CCPA / CPRA — California residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. This section supplements the disclosures above.

Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months:

• Identifiers — name, email address, account identifier.
• Customer records — billing name and email (payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us).
• Commercial information — subscription tier and transaction history.
• Internet or electronic activity — authentication session data (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers).
• User content — text you submit to the discernment tool and reports you save.

Sources: directly from you. Purposes: to provide, secure, and improve the Site, process payments, respond to you, and comply with law. Disclosures for a business purpose: to the service providers listed above, each bound by contractual confidentiality and use limits.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your California rights. Subject to verification, you may request to:

• Know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
• Delete — personal information we have collected from you (subject to legal exceptions).
• Correct — inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale/sharing — not applicable, because we do not sell or share personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — not applicable, because we do not use sensitive personal information beyond permitted business purposes.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA/CPRA right.

"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track users across third-party websites or serve behavioural advertising, we treat browser "Do Not Track" signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals consistently: no cross-context sale or sharing occurs in either case.
