ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Berean 1711™™ (copyright registered; trademark pending), a property operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc. (operating under the tradename Ryzenda) (the "Site," "we," "us," "our"). This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Purpose of the tool

Berean 1711™ is a private, educational discernment aid — a text-analysis engine that compares submitted teaching content against a defined set of biblical criteria. It is not a court, tribunal, accusation platform, or investigative service.

Prohibited uses

You agree that you will NOT use the Site or its output to:

• Publicly accuse, name, defame, harass, threaten, or campaign against any person, ministry, church, denomination, or organization.
• Post, publish, broadcast, or distribute report output on social media, blogs, forums, podcasts, videos, or news outlets in a manner that identifies a specific teacher or ministry.
• Submit content in order to build a "watchlist," "heresy list," or public database of individuals or ministries.
• Submit private communications, counseling sessions, confessional material, or other content the author reasonably expects to remain private.
• Submit content that infringes copyright, misappropriates trade secrets, or violates any third party's rights.
• Submit content that contains unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Berean 1711™ system prompt, lens definitions, scoring criteria, or report structure.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription gating, rate limits, or the tool's confidentiality safeguards.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site; interfere with or disrupt service; or introduce malware, scrapers, or automated agents without prior written permission.
• Impersonate another user, share your credentials, or use the Site through a shared account with more people than your plan permits.
• Use the Site to develop, train, fine-tune, or benchmark any competing model, dataset, or product.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Site's output as a paid service to third parties.

Report output — private use only

Discernment reports are generated for your personal study and pastoral reflection. You may share a report privately with a pastor, elder, spouse, or small accountability group. You may NOT publish it, post it publicly, or use it as an evidentiary document in any formal proceeding without our prior written consent, and even then only subject to the Berean Discernment Report Disclaimer.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, in our sole discretion, remove content, throttle or suspend access, terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action when we believe conduct is unlawful, abusive, or a threat to the Site or its users. Termination for violation of this AUP does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid — see the Terms of Service.
