PIPEDA PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice describes how Berean1711.com (the "Site") handles personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA Alberta"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The Site is the property of Carl Sarfi and is operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Alberta, Canada, doing business under the Alberta-registered trade names Berean 1711™ and Ryzenda (the "organization," "we," "us," "our"). We are the entity responsible for personal information under our control.

1. Accountability

We are accountable for personal information in our possession or control, including information transferred to third-party service providers for processing on our behalf. Our Privacy Officer can be reached through the Contact page.

2. Identifying purposes

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

• To create and secure your account (name, email).
• To operate the Berean 1711™ discernment tool and store your saved analyses and repository.
• To process paid memberships through our merchant processors.
• To respond to messages you send through the Contact page.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations.

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where PIPEDA permits otherwise. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain services.

We collect only the personal information necessary for the purposes identified above. We do not collect payment card details, and we do not retain IP-address logs beyond what is essential for authentication and security.

5. Limiting use, disclosure, and retention

Personal information is used and disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected, unless you consent otherwise or the law requires it. We retain personal information for as long as you remain a member and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.

We protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls, encryption in transit, database row-level security, and vetted service providers.

9. Individual access

On written request through the Contact page, and subject to verification of your identity, you have the right to be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information, and to access that information. You may challenge its accuracy and completeness and have it amended as appropriate. Certain limited exceptions permitted by PIPEDA (for example, information subject to solicitor-client privilege or that would reveal personal information about another individual) may apply.

Cross-border processing

Some service providers we rely on may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. When personal information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful requests for access by government authorities. We select providers that maintain comparable protection for personal information.
