Because of that, all purchases are final — subscription fees and any usage-based charges are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a billing period, unused analyses, accidental purchases, forgotten renewals, or a change of mind. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not refund past charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
